Very good meat, but you should go there for the excellent haggis, which can be brought back home, as they "vacpack" it, which is fine to travel in your luggage on a plane.
Very good range of sausages, some recipes can be found all year round (like the Whisky, Hog & Wild Thyme or the Pork & Caramelised Onion), some are created just for a special event: there's usually a special recipe for each rugby or football (yes we're in Europe, so it's not soccer...) world cup, but also for the 6 nations tournament, with the "6 nations sausage", one ingredient per nation participating in the tournament.
The shop is open from Monday to Saturday.
From Thursday to Saturday, the range of sausages available increases quite dramatically. And there's a special discount on Monday for the sausages that were prepared the Saturday but were not sold.
