Holiday House in Corme Ecluse
Nice holiday house close to Royan.
A 3-bedroom house for a family of 5-6 (3 bedrooms - 2 double bed & 2 single beds). In a small village close to Saujon and Royan. Saint-Georges-de-Didonne (large beach) is also very close.
No shops in the village, except a boulangerie, but several supermarkets very close (Saujon, Coze).
The house is listed on HomeAway, with all the details to contact the owner.
- Equipments: Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD player, barbecue.
- Kids: The gite has a large private garden (close to 1,000 square metres) across the street, although it is not closed.
- Business: If you have some reports to read, or want to be free to write a report without buying disturbed, it’s the perfect spot. If you need to remain available or to download a large database, forget it: there is no network available, the gite is almost in a “white” zone (at least the last time we were there aka 2019).
- Tourism: Beaches (Saint-Georges-de-Didonne), zoo de la Palmyre, Oléron and Ré islands, Rochefort, La Rochelle and Saintes.
- Transport:
- Train stations: Royan (16km, 25 minutes). Closest TGV stops are La Rochelle and Angoulème (better for the connection);
- Airports: La Rochelle (85km, 65 minutes) and Bordeaux (120 km, 85 minutes).
- You'll need to have a car to come to the gîte and to move around => either you travel with your own car or rental needed!
